Why do we need them and on what basis do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data which is necessary for:
• processing of inquiries and fulfillment of cargo requests and fulfillment of contracts for
logistics services – on the basis of the performance of a contract or preliminary steps for
execution of contract;
• notifying our customers of changes in our conditions for providing the service –
on the basis of performance of a contract, as well as on the basis of the legitimate interests of
the company;
• communication with our suppliers and their employees when purchasing goods and services for
the needs of the company – based on the performance of a contract or preliminary steps

• guaranteeing the security of employees, cargo and assets of GEST CARGO OOD – at
